Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Clogau jewellery; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Jewellery

  Carefully place the item in its original Clogau presentation box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
